RELEASE FORM [2024-2030]

By signing this release form, I hereby give the artist, Pritty (Kalson Wong), permission to use the content in all media and platforms indefinitely. This release form also covers the usage of previous productions to the extent of its agreed terms.

I hereby agree to the following terms:

I. This release form will cover all productions until January 1st, 2030. After which, a new release form must be signed to cover further productions.

II. I understand that the content produced may be used for online platforms, publications, merchandise, advertisement, promotions, and more as long as it is non-defamatory or ethical. Content may include usage of said content in derivative works.

III. RAW files and film negatives belong solely to the artist as they are the originals of the work produced.

IV. Images are allowed to be posted, cropped, and watermarked to be used on any platform. Though they may not be heavily edited or manipulated without permission from the artist.

V. Mutual usage of the content includes making a profit as long as it is non-defamatory, ethical, or tied to any political extremist context. Content may also be used for merchandise with the permission of the artist.

VI. Content produced will be available for mutual usage for all parties except the witness(s) (if applicable) involved.

VII. Use of AI in association with the content is prohibited. AI may not be used to make alterations to the content in all contexts.

“ARTIST” refers to the person creating the content for the designated talent(s).

“TALENT” refers to the subject of the production. In this case, it is the person signing this release form.

“CONTENT” refers to all media produced through photos, videos, illustrations, audios, texts, and more. Content may be combined or manipulated for different applications including advertisements, promotions, publications, marketing, and packaging for products. Content in any media may include material of pornographic and kink nature, but not defamatory purposes.

“PLATFORMS” refers to social media platforms, websites, and apps. Such platforms may include but are not limited to Onlyfans, Fansly, Patreon, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, Bluesky, YouTube, FetLife, Manyvids, eBay, Etsy, Reddit, ModelMayhem, and etc.

“SHOOT” refers to the process of photo and video shoot. In the context of this release form, it also includes any projects/assignments done between the artist and the talent. Projects/assignments include but are notlimited to media created which are listed in “CONTENT”.

“KINK” refers to non-conventional sexual practices that may include genres such as voyeurism, exhibition- ism, roleplay, BDSM, and more. Humiliation play and CNC (consensual non-consensual) specifically must be noted in the “Notes” section in page 2 with video recording from the talent for approval.

LIABILITY

Talents are responsible for their own health and safety for anything that they do during production. Liability includes anything related, but not limited to: stunts, contraception, kink-related hazards, shibari, elements (underwater, fire, breathe), and etc.

2257 COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS

In compliance with 2257 regulations (Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act), the artist is required to maintain record keeping of the talent to prove the talents involved are of legal age at the time of the shoot. Personal information of the talent is required as a part of the compliance. All information given is confidential and will be kept safe and encrypted from potential theft.

Page 2, the page for in-person signing, will be provided at the time of the shoot. The form requests the following information: Full legal name, alias, date of birth, email, and notes. A scan of proof of identification is also required.
